To build community capacity in tobacco control, APICAT established a mini-contract program for community groups and organizations to provide tobacco prevention, education and cessation activities within the diverse AAPI community.
Since 2004 APICAT has funded fourteen (14) community groups and organizations in their tobacco control efforts.
